AZ Truck Driving Certification
What is AZ Certification
A full class AZ licence covers air brake systems on both tractors and
trailers. This allows you to drive any truck/tractor trailer combination.
A combination of motor vehicle and towed vehicles where the towed vehicles exceed a total
gross weight of 10,000 lbs and have air brakes.
Get practical knowledge and experience about handling heavy vehicles such as road trucks,
semi-trailers, 18-wheelers, and long-distance heavy haulers from our accomplished and friendly
local truck driving instructors.
MELT: All new drivers attempting the Class A road test on or after July 1, 2017, will have to
successfully complete the mandatory entry-level training course before attempting their Class A Road Test.

DZ Truck Driving Certifiction
What is DZ Certification
DZ license drivers can drive vehicles with air brakes such as straight trucks, dump trucks, cement
trucks, garbage trucks and fire trucks. Any truck or truck and towed vehicle combination of more than 11,000 kg (24,000 lbs) gross weight or registered gross weight, provided the towed vehicle is not over 4,600 kg (10,000 lbs).
This course provides students with hands-on training in a straight truck, driving and how to safely operate a DZ vehicle. One can learn turning, backing and proper braking in a variety of spatial constraints, traffic, weather, road and light conditions alongside qualified instructors. Students also learn to put into practice the concepts of vehicle inspections, maintenance of driver logs and defensive driving techniques.

Air Brake Z Certifiction
What is Air Brake Z Endorsement
If you are driving a vehicle fitted with either an air brake or an air-over-hydraulic brake system you are required by law to have a Z endorsement on your license.
An air-brake endorsement or Z endorsement training course will help you safely drive any large commercial vehicle which is fitted with a full or partial air-brake system. In an air-braking system, compressed air is used to produce the braking force applied to the truck’s wheels. Our training will ensure you are equipped with all the necessary skills to be a safe driver.
